Why Use a Doula?

"I am committed to providing love, care, and support to each family I work with. My goal is to help educate and empower each mother to feel capable, trust in themselves, find their voice, and feel supported during labour, birth, and postpartum. I hold a space for each woman to feel empowered in their ability to birth and mother in their unique way.

No mother or family should ever feel alone, vulnerable or told what decision is best for their family. You know what is best for your family and I want to ensure that you have all the facts and information to make informed decisions.

I will help advocate for your needs and desires. I will provide physical and emotional support and offer natural modalities that support labour and birth. I trust you and will honour and support your decisions, judgement free, confidentially, sensitively, and committed to your individual needs."
